Registration Type Access and Benefits

*The WPT School runs all day Sunday June 4th and Monday June 5th. The WPT School covers the basics of coupled and radiative WPT and concludes with a WPT Project. The WPT School includes the afternoon Sessions 5 and 6 of the WPT Workshop and industry speakers on Monday June 5th. See WPT School for additional details.

**The WPT Workshop runs all day Monday, June 5th, and includes six one-hour advanced topic workshop sessions and afternoon industry speakers. See WPT Workshop for details.

For attendees interested in the WPT School or Workshop, please select only one or the other, but not both.

Late & On-Site Rate (Starting May 29, 2023)

*Registration for “Technical Sessions” can cover up to two papers. An additional paper fee is $200. Only one additional paper is allowed for each registration. Life member and student member registrations do not cover any paper.

Invitation Letter

Invitation letters for Visas will be sent to all registrants from outside of the U.S. upon completion of registration. For an update on your letter, please contact the registration team at ieee.wptce@gmail.com after you have completed your registration.

Cancellation Policies

Cancellation by Attendee: WPTCE will provide a full refund of registration fees, less an administrative processing fee of $75, for any cancellations received in writing on or before May 4, 2023. Cancellations should be directed to ieee.wptce@gmail.com. Telephone cancellations are NOT accepted for refunds. Participant must obtain confirmation of receipt of email from WPTCE on or before the cancellation deadline. All refunds will be processed to the original form of payment. After May 4, 2023, there will be no refunds for registrations cancelled. Substitutions can be made, without a fee, by contacting the registration team at ieee.wptce@gmail.com. Hotel reservations must be cancelled separately and directly with the hotel.

Cancellation Policies

Cancellation by WPTCE: If for any reason beyond WPTCE’s control WPTCE determines that WPTCE 2023 must be cancelled, shortened, delayed, dates changed, or otherwise altered or changed, Participant understands and agrees that WPTCE shall not refund the registration fees paid and that all losses and damages that Participants may suffer as a consequence thereof are their responsibility and not that of WPTCE or its directors, officers, employees, agents or subcontractors. Participants understand that it may lose all monies it has paid to WPTCE for participation in WPTCE 2023, as well as other costs and expenses it has incurred, including travel, lodging, etc.
